Memorise facts with simple repetition
Why this matters
Facts fade fast unless you revisit them, but cramming barely works. Spaced repetition makes information stick with far less total effort.
What you need
A few facts to learn and a simple way to test yourself.
These are everyday items. If you don’t have one, look for the closest alternative — the steps will tell you what to use instead.
How to do it
Follow these steps in order. Take your time. You’ve got this.
Write each fact as a question on one side and the answer on the other.
Test yourself, then set aside the ones you got right to review less often.
Review the hard ones today, tomorrow, and a few days later to lock them in.
Your one thing today
Turn five facts into question cards today and test yourself once.
Don’t wait for the perfect moment. Do this one thing now, even if it’s small.
Come back tomorrow
A new skill will be waiting for you tomorrow. Or if you’d like to keep learning today, explore the full library.
